Terms of Sale

AInspiration terms of sale: services offered, discovery call, pricing, ordering, payment, right of withdrawal, liability, confidentiality and governing law.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the services offered by Distr'Action SRL, trading under the AInspiration® brand, to its professional and individual clients.

2. Services Offered

AInspiration offers the following services:

AI diagnostics, workshops and automation sprints for SMEs

Strategic consulting in artificial intelligence

Personalised support and AI solution integration

3. Discovery call — Specific conditions

The discovery call is a thirty-minute conversation, free of charge and without commitment on the client's part. It gives rise to no deliverable: no report, no document, no written recommendation. Its sole purpose is to determine whether working together makes sense and, if so, which service would answer the need.

The data communicated by the client on that occasion, or through any of the site's forms, is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is recorded in our customer relationship management tool, used solely to follow up on your request, and is not passed on to third parties.

Paid services give rise to deliverables defined in the quote. The analyses and recommendations they contain are informative and indicative: they constitute neither an obligation of result nor legal, tax or financial advice. The client remains solely responsible for the decisions taken and for implementing the suggested actions.

4. Pricing

Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. A detailed quote setting out the scope and the deliverables is provided before any service begins. The discovery call is free of charge and without commitment.

5. Order and Acceptance

Any order implies acceptance of these GTCS. The order is confirmed by signature of the quotation or online validation, and payment of any deposit.

6. Payment

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, a late interest rate of 10% per annum and a fixed indemnity of €40 shall apply.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer client has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, unless the service has commenced with their express agreement.

8. Liability

AInspiration undertakes to provide its services with diligence and professionalism (best-efforts obligation). The liability of Distr'Action SRL is limited to the amounts paid by the client for the service in question.

9. Confidentiality

The parties undertake to keep confidential all information exchanged in the course of the service. This obligation survives the termination of the contract.

10. Applicable Law

These GTCS are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Distr'Action SRL's registered office.

11. Lead times and service levels

Lead times, support arrangements and, where applicable, availability commitments are set out in the quote, service by service, and accepted by the client before work begins. No service level commitment applies by default beyond what the quote states. For any question on this point: info@ainspiration.eu.

12. Processing of data on behalf of the customer

When AInspiration processes personal data on behalf of the customer as part of hosted workflows, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR is concluded between the parties. This DPA details the types of data processed, security measures, sub-processors and deletion conditions. The DPA is available on request at info@ainspiration.eu.
