Paperclip — an assisted leadership meeting
Ten specialists consulted in parallel on one decision.
Sector : Internal research — AInspiration
The context
A small business has no board. It has one person deciding alone, with their blind spots.
The problem
Bad decisions do not come from missing information but from missing contradiction. Nobody tells the founder what they would rather not hear.
What was built
Ten specialist profiles — leadership, sales, finance, legal, technical, marketing, operations — consulted on the same question, each with their own frame and priorities. They are allowed to disagree: that is the point. A synthesis decides.
What it changes
An internal research setup, used on real commercial decisions.
How it works
Ten profiles described in Markdown, each with its domain, seniority and context. Three commands drive a session: general consultation, briefing with task allocation, or a progress round.
What this could look like for you
This is research, not an offering. We show it because it is what we test on ourselves before proposing it — and because organised contradiction beats a single opinion, including when the single opinion is ours.
